Mental Health is about decision making…

A warm and inviting scene of two people having a conversation in a modern living room.

Mental Health is about decision making and choices we make everyday, you maybe free to make any choice you want or decide to do whatever you so desire but you are not free from it’s consequences.

To do something is a choice and to do nothing is a choice also.

Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make, makes you. — John C. Maxwell.

Now, think about it!

Most people think that mental health is about having or not having a diagnosis.

It’s about how you handle stress, process emotions, and cope with life’s ups and downs.

Someone can be mentally healthy and still have bad days.

Someone can have a diagnosed condition and still live a fulfilling life.

The problem?

Society makes people feel ashamed to admit they’re struggling.

So they pretend.

They smile through the pain.

They push through burnout.

Until one day, they can’t anymore. No one should suffer in silence. Mental health is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.

Let’s change the narrative.

What’s one thing you wish more people understood about mental health?
